I have been in the Real Estate industry most of my life having bought my very first property at the age of 21. Over the years I have bought, sold, and operated many different residential properties from single family to 200+ unit apartment complexes. I began JCS Properties in 2004 to venture into Commercial Real Estate which I continue to do to this day. After over 45
years in the industry it still remains a passion of mine.
Chuck Swingle - Property Manager
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in the fall of 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in both Marketing and Real Estate. Real Estate is a part of my life as my family has owned and operated numerous properties over the years. I joined JCS Properties in early 2019 to continue the business Jim started in the summer of 2004. It is an absolute pleasure to work with the many different businesses and owners that call JCS Properties home.
